Line-Shark® Boat Hook Limited Warranty

To the original purchasers of the Line-Shark® Boat Hook and Line-Shark® Rope Rings, Design Mechanics, LLC warrants its product free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Parts, assemblies or complete units which fail or become functionally defective during the warranty period, except as a result of negligence, improper use or care shall be repaired, or replaced, at our option, without charge (except for return shipping cost). Scratches, dents or discoloration which have no effect on product functionality are excluded from this warranty.

To submit a warrantee claim first contact customer service by e-mail (customerservice@line-shark.com). Design Mechanics shall not be responsible for return shipping, removal and/or reinstallation labor or any such cost incurred in obtaining warranty replacements.
