Line-Shark Magnetic Boat Docking Kit

Instructions

For ropes affixed to your slip

Set-up

1. Attach Line-Shark tm Rope Ring to mooring line with Velcro strap (or knot onto the line).
2. Twist and slide the rear grip to a convenient operating length and twist to lock in place.

Un-docking:
3. Magnetically attach the rope ring (with mooring line) to the yellow end of the Line-Shark

4. Use the boathook to place the rope on a piling hook or the dock. [BlueShark only]

5. Pull back on the rear grip/slide tube to release the rope ring and the attached line from the magnet.

Docking:
6. Reach out with the boathook to magnetically attach the rope ring (and mooring line) to the magnet end then pull the rope aboard.
7. Pull back on the rear grip to release the rope ring from the magnet or pull the ring off the magnet manually.

Stowing:
8. Twist and slide the rear grip to reduce boathook length for convenient stowing.

Un-docking:
2. Manually retrieve your dock lines as you board your boat.

Docking:
3. Magnetically attach the rope ring (with mooring line) to the end of the Line-Shark

4. Use the boathook to place a loop of your rope on a piling, hook or cleat while
holding the other end of the rope for control of the loop.
5. Pull back on the boat hook to release the rope ring and the attached line from the
magnet.
